What began as a personal journey to provide clean, gut-healthy food for her family has blossomed into a local mission. Sharis founded The Little Loaf LA to bring the tradition of artisan sourdough to her neighbors in Burbank.
Every loaf is baked in her home kitchen with meticulous care. Sharis is Premier Food Safety certified, ensuring every bake meets strict California safety regulations while maintaining that "home-baked" soul.
Why Sourdough? Our natural fermentation process breaks down gluten and phytic acid, making our bread easier to digest and more nutrient-dense than any store-bought alternative.
